Accountability

The specific accountabilities may vary over time. This variation may be around:

  • Lead cross functional brand team
  • Marketing audience addressed, e.g., HCPs, patients, payer etc.
  • Lead bone marketing team as a people manager
  • Maximizes the bone portfolio potential at national level
  • Lead strategic planning & initiatives and country operating plan
  • Collaborate with local partner

Responsibilities

  • Drives Planning and executing launches of approved programs, campaigns and resources
  • Managing team budgets
  • Tracking progress of regional pilots / value based partnerships and updating broader team on status/learnings
  • Integrating and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with partners as well as other matrix functions and regions
  • Participating in onboarding and pull-through of materials with advertising agencies and external partners
  • Participating in special department, cross‐functional or team projects
  • Applying best practice project management to Amgen Marketing processes
  • Managing marketing projects
  • Participating and contributing towards commercial plans and efforts
  • Participating in market research
  • Assessing market and performance data and drawing key insights for effective decision-making
  • Complying with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Amgen activities

Qualifications

  • +10 years of marketing and/or sales experience in pharma industry (+5 years of marketing experience in biopharma industry preferred)
  • Bone TA experience preferred
  • Mass marketing experience preferred
  • People managing experience preferred
  • Experience working on disease state education programs or promotional teams
  • Previous experience working with non-sales force promotional channels and digital marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience producing business results
  • Experience managing external partners such as local pharma, agencies
  • Record of demonstrating excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Good command of English
  • Impeccable ethics and integrity
