Job Description
Duties:

Drive sales strategies, achieve sales targets and maximize profits for the responsible retail sales areas
Manage the day-to-day shop operations including sales, inventory control, promotion activities, shop administrations up to the company's standards and guidelines
Lead and manage the retail team effectively to achieve company's goals and to deliver high standard of customer services
Develop and train the retail team for future business expansion
Develop new customer and build strong customer relationships and loyalties through effective customer programs to increase business potential
Evaluate and implement modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures to improve efficiency of operations
Participate into relevant retail activities for business development


Requirements:

Minimum 10 years in the luxury jewelry retail experience with at least 5 years at management level
Strong in store operations, sales, service, people management and training experience
Entrepreneurial minded and result oriented
Excellent leadership and strong organizational & problem solving skills
Holder of gemology (GIA) or any related jewelry courses is a plus
In-depth knowledge of diamonds and color stones and experience in handling jewelry design and production are preferred
Excellent communication skills to all levels
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
