Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office

• Ensure the overall profitability of the branch through effective financial and operational management

• Provide a meaningful review of business and financial performance

• Set the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensure that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy

• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance of the team.

Your skills and experience

Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of business management experience in our industry. You have a proven track record in building strong relationships and are attuned to the customers’ needs. Besides an uncanny business acumen, you are also able to effortlessly engage top management to drive win-win situations.
