Our Branch Managers have ownership over more than just revenue and operations; they are responsible for the performance and professional development of the entire organization in their locations.
In this role, you will ensure the overall profitability of your branch, and provide leadership for the day-to-day operations. This will include financial management, human resources, business performance as well as building customer relationships.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office
Ensure the overall profitability of the branch through effective financial and operational management
Provide a meaningful review of business and financial performance
Set the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensure that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance of the team.
Your skills and experience
Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of business management experience in our industry. You have a proven track record in building strong relationships and are attuned to the customers’ needs. Besides an uncanny business acumen, you are also able to effortlessly engage top management to drive win-win situations.
