JD:
1、 Manage brand operations, responsible for costs and revenue which branch office generated
2、 Liaise and coordinate with headquarter teams, make sure the strategies are aligned and information is properly shared
3、 Make budget plan of the branch according to the branch's objectives, and deliver proper execution to achieve such objectives
4、 Ensure an effective operation of the branch and grow revenue, build the leading product in local and regional market
5、 Build and maintain partnership with valuable business partners and customers
6、 Establish local team by recruiting, training, mentoring and monitoring, improve team's performance
7、 Make proper and clear reports to HQ to ensure clear understanding of branch's status
8、 Able to work under pressure

Requirement:
1、 Minimum 8 years experience in Internet, media or relevant industry
2、 Minimum 2 years experience in management position
3、 Experience in international companies is preferred
4、 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5、 Abundant fiscal and analytical skills
6、 Basic knowledge in Internet and online product
7、 Fluent in English, mandarin is a plus
