What will you do? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Montreal, Saguenay and Québec city locations for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Construction Business. SI portfolio includes fire alarm, building automation and security systems. Direct all operations activities including account management, project management, systems installation, commissioning, recovery planning and service delivery activities within the region Lead implementation of Business Target Agreements at the locations including sales / revenue forecast, annual budget, profit plan, Productivity Bridge, asset management and other financial deliverables. Collaborate with branch management regarding location strategies, market data analysis, competitive intelligence, execution plans, performance, horizontal synergy and other pertinent conditions. Develop and maintain personal contact with new and current major customers to maximize opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and ensure that the location is committed to customer and employee satisfaction, and profitable growth. Conduct financial analysis including forecasting, estimating, monitoring and recovery planning Develop and implement strategies e.g. business growth, asset management, cost reduction, customer satisfaction and employee productivity to achieve business goals Actively participate or lead company initiatives and improvement programs Foster a health and safety culture and ensure safe practices for all. Ensure the proper implementation of all company policies, procedures and productivity tools Maintain current knowledge of regulatory laws changes and requirements and ensure compliance Advise and implement industry/field best practices to improve products applications and services What will you need to succeed? Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. 5 - 7 years industry experience including operations Supervisory management experience including planning, contracting, project management, account management, coaching, mentoring and all aspects of general business management. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a P&L. Experience in the Building technologies (Security systems, Building automation, Fire/alarm systems etc) Experience in leadership and change management for organization. Strong; listening, communicating, negotiating and organizing skills Fluent in French and English (oral and written) Ability to travel up to 20% (Mostly in Montreal, Quebec & Saguenay region.
