Job Responsibility:

1. FORTRESS/ ON-TRADE

Collect up-to-date Information/Data, report to BA monthly (new Fortress prospect, new LXIII Listing, 好吃好玩 list.)

Identify new On-Trade listing/Fortress prospect and new 好吃好玩 list to BA monthly.

Site check existing Fortress venue (POSM, sales, tasting decanter, visibility opportunity etc.)

Courtesy call (weekly sales, venue event planning-by which brand, market intelligence).

Support BA to do event scheduling with Fortress.

Brand Training

2. CRP / Off-TRADE

Do the research of top wines/liquors/baijiu selling shop, product placement in luxury retail stores, collect up-to-date Information/Data, report to BA monthly.

Weekly collection of CRP RSP/selling price/sales volume, KA RSP/selling price, Market price, report to BA.

Sites check existing CRP (POSM, visibility opportunity etc.)

Support BA to do event scheduling with CRP.

Brand Training.

3. CRM BA TEAM EVENT SUPPORT

Collect BA activities' photos, and report to Windy monthly.

Create digital photo album after each BA event, make sure on time (10 days afterward) deliver to BA.

Collect score card of each BA event from local sales team, and report to Michelle.

Prepare a monthly "China BA/PCD best practices" (events, client interactions, activities). collection and selection for reporting to “Cognac world group".

4. MARKET INTELLINGENCE, STRATEGIC INPUT & AOB

Gather meaningful market intelligence (luxury consumers/ retail/ KOL, W&S trade/ KOL, partners/ fostering agents, aspirers/ prospects/ Clients. etc. to ensure strategic input in brand/business development plans.

Any other business related to the brand as assigned by Brand Director and Chief BA.

Consolidate BA/PCDs daily topics market intelligence into a presentation shared with marketing department for monthly report.

Qualifications:

Education level Bachelor degrees and above

Good market research skill

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, passionate for Louis XIII and open to communicate with different people

Good command English both in oral and written

Keen and sensitive in luxury industry
