Our team is focused on establishing Intel’s brand relevance and meaning and getting credit for our innovations among our targeted  audiences. This individual will work as an analytics manager and be responsible for tracking and reporting out all analytics and insights for Intel’s brand campaigns, activations, key moments, and ongoing storytelling. This individual will work alongside team members in the Brand Strategy, Storytelling and Social Media team which is part of the Brand, Creative and Media (BCM) division of the Global Marketing Organization (GMO).

Job Description:

This role will sit within the Intel Brand Strategy, Campaigns, and Partnerships team and work closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and team members to define a holistic measurement and reporting strategy across initiatives and channels. This position will be responsible for building measurement plans, designing and delivering standard and custom insight reports based on the holistic approach above.

The Analyst will work with stakeholders across owned domains (intel.com), paid media, and social analytics as well as internal finance and research teams to decipher what is important, surface meaningful data and then communicate the concise story in a way that allows marketing teams to optimize campaigns and make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop integrated reporting strategy, approach, and dashboard
  • Work with agency partners and Intel stakeholders –to document end to end media measurement plans  
  • Own the aggregation of brand performance data across channels and sources (intel.com, paid media, social analytics)
  • Develop self-serve dashboards or scorecards as needed
  • Design reporting templates for ongoing roll up and communication
  • Work with measurement leads to identify key insights and optimization opportunities
  • Create and present timely reporting and insights for presentations to strategy teams and executive leadership.
  • Manage dashboards, newsletters and data repositories (e.g. Excel, Sharepoint) on an ongoing basis
  • Visualize findings legibly using charts, tables, and dashboards, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data
  • Support research and measurement projects as needed in collaboration with measurement owners

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Be able to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with multiple stakeholders across internal groups and geographies
  • Have working knowledge of digital marketing experiences, websites , and metrics
  • Understand media analytics and metrics and be able to analyze for optimizations and recommendations
  • Demonstrate proven project management and communication (writing, editing, presentation) skills in a marketing or communications environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Teams & Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years project management or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years data analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, data science or related field
  • Experience in marketing, paid media or related field
  • Knowledge of media analytics tools, e.g. Adobe, Sprinklr
  • Knowledge of marketing effectiveness research methods and best practices
  • Project management experience or certification

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
