MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
该职务的主要职责
? Provide effective/efficient support to the Brand on monthly, weekly and daily schedule planning, management, coordination, as well as responsible for drafting business correspondence, expense claims and checking, etc.
? Provide business support to the Brand on organizing management meeting, taking meeting minutes and following through its action plan, summarizing and consolidating reports on weekly and monthly basis, preparing all relevant business reports and presentations in a high quality and professional manner.
? Special task assigned, like Brand Party/Gala Dinner, Brand PR activities and company social events as well.
? To work as administration support to sales supervisors and counters, coordinating all the issues btw sales and supporting functions;
? Responsible for monthly sales report including status change, BC commission reports, etc.;
? Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

? University degree with minimal 2 years working experience
? Excellent command of English both in written and spoken
? Smart with pleasant communication and effective coordination skills to deal with different parties
? Effective time management
? Self-disciplined, willing to take initiatives and try new things
? Strong sense of quality and pay attention to details
