Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION


Assist BGM on office administrative issues and brand meetings/events organization.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

? Provide administrative assistance to the Brand General Manager

1. Monthly, weekly and daily meeting & appointment scheduling

2. Travel tickets and accommodation bookings

3. Expense claims process

4. Assist visitors’ visa applications and itinerary preparation

5. Office administrations, incl. office supply, TIDY working environment, office space management, etc. in liase with P&C Administration Dept.


? Meeting/Events organizations

1. Organize regular brand meetings and annual BC seminar

2. Arrange monthly management meeting, logistics meeting, and commercial meetings

3. Arrange team building activities when needed


? Business Reporting

1. Collect and consolidate monthly flash memo and reports for HQ on time

2. Be able to collect business data / report from relevant functions or extract from systems upon request


PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

? University degree with minimal 1-2 years’ executive assistant or secretarial working experience

? Excellent command of English both in written and spoken; French would be a big plus

? Smart with pleasant communication and effective coordination skills to deal with different parties

? Good computer skills, particularly PPT skills

? Detail-oriented and self-motivated
