Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the country management team to initiate,
formulate and monitor Aftermarket AP brand strategy & budget, both
online and offline. -
Support to design brand and product position & unique
selling proposition and responsible for implementation in the AP region -
Support global brand council on behalf of AP with
global brand consistency -
Oversee and execute regional B&C calendar &
implementation plan -
Lead in Marcom initiatives eg advertising &
brand campaign, customer events and exhibitions. -
Planned and execute anti-counterfeit and brand
protection activities in the region -
Work with the country sales and category teams in
new product / new business launch, incl. package & label design,
leaflet & brochures, promotion campaign, video, training materials,
etc. -
Lead in Channel (platform, WD, Garage & Service
Station) support, incl. Shop VI, signage & billboard, display
guideline, POS package, etc. - Key contacts and lead in both internal &
external communications (customer, media & PR)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Very smart, and a quick learner and problem solver, Integrity,
intelligent and proactive -
Excellent communication, organization, presentation
and independent workload management skill sets -
5+ years’ experience of brand communication
management prefer to be in Auto aftermarket -
Have practical strategic and tactical marketing
knowledge -
Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate the brand
communication team -
Solid integrated brand communication background and
particular acquisition and sensibility for the digital marketing -
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, a
third Asian language would be an advantage. -
Attention to details, and a sense of market
trend/changes as well as a good sense of “fashion and beauty” would be a
plus.
