Job responsibility

• Craft unique and branded customer journey
• Develop meaningful and brand-relevant programs and service that will improve customer experience 
• Define F&B, entertainment, and wellness concepts that elevate the brand 
• Cross-discipline coordination for implementation of branding experience at all touchpoint
• Create guidelines for events 
• Coordination with external vendors on events production 

Job requirements

• Project-based position
• 5-10 years in brand experience, event planning, or operations in hospitality and f&b industries
• Ability to balance creativity and practicality to craft unique experiences that are operationally viable
• Strategically-led, able to take insights from brand strategy to create impactful customer experiences
