Job Description
• Assist the Director of Brand and Communications with strategic planning, development and coordination of all brand and marketing communications programs to promote products and further the company’s sales objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of advertising initiatives including print, online; Lead external agencies in the development of strategies that employ multiple tactics in order to leverage marketing spending and maximize value for the brand’s system.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal management stakeholders (Sr. Management, Marketing Director, Operations, R&D, etc.) in order to influence business decision-making.
• Manage the staff and their responsibilities in the following areas: Advertising, Website, Copywriter, Creative Services (Graphic Designer and Production Artists) and Event Management
• Collaborate with agencies, creative services, local marketing, and media to develop external communications, advertising campaigns, PR and dealer materials and communications.
• Drive the development and execution of integrated communication plans for all product launches
• Develop and manage all department associated budgets
