Main Responsibilities:*
1.Account for Abbott Similac (current Similac portfolio & NPI) including brand commercial strategies, brand communication, NPI, product portfolio management
2.Develop brand commercial strategies aligned with Brand thematic direction, to tackle market competition, prize to win and trade tactics. Cooperate with task force to achieve sales target & win market share
3.Lead launch related tasks, launch plan development and executing, media plan development, engage with internal & external stakeholders, launch result monitor
4.Lead product communication through digital assets, innovative consumer campaigns, KOL/ KOC engagement, buzz development, physician, and patient education
5.Assistant SBM to develop product portfolio and get alignment with marketing leadership/ regional team/ sales & cross functions to optimize brand potential and maximize sales
6.Translate strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate resource/ responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team with result measurement and monitor
7.Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment
8.Develops view on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer segments and their needs, and market development
9.Provide inputs for forecasting, tracking, and A&P budgeting management. 10.Closely work with trade to understand trade insight to develop campaign.
Skills & Experience Required:*
1.Strong track record on brand development and sales achievement
2.5+ years of consumer marketing/ trade marketing that involved working closely with trade to execute marketing plan. Experience in infant related industry (infant formula/ diaper/ baby food…) or OTC would be plus
3.Good command of English both in speaking and writing
4.Ability to translate strategic plan into tactical plan and drive projects
5.Ability to prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the Brand
6.Ability to analyze data with spreadsheet/ graphic and develop insights
7.Ability to effectively communicate and sell the business initiation ideas to external/ internal stakeholders. Coordinate and lead project execution
8.Personality:
- Agile and with flexibility that can react quickly to industry change and internal business request
- Resilience to business challenges and passionate to find solutions, inspire taskforce to take action
