Main Responsibilities:
Innovation
- Contribute to the validation of innovation strategy based on local consumer insights to ensure it’s in line with business strategy
- Lead and steer planned innovation development through managing and solving innovation, production, product registration related issues to safeguard launch on time
Business Plan
- Contribute to business development plan by addressing growth opportunities based on market intelligence, brand strategy and channel mix
- Contribute to BU level strategy ( PMP, ABP) based on the understanding of category objective, challenges and key tasks
- Contribute to clear communication with key business stakeholders through JBP, QBP meetings through decks preparation
Brand strategy and communication
- Collaborate with consumer insight team to extract relevant insights that apply to the brand and the products.
- Monitor competitive initiatives & proposed defending marketing activities to achieve quick response to market through close monitoring competitive activities, brand health and brand share.
- Implement the brand strategies which will be effective in delivering the all year round volume, profit and share objectives, as well as enhancing brand equity among target consumers.
- Build Nivea face care with high quality & tangible integrated communication plan in an on-going optimization way based on deep understanding from category, consumers, competitors and local culture.
- Lead the advertising agencies to implement integrated brand communication plan which fit to our brand and communication strategy.
- Assist with development of high quality advertising which truly leverage on consumer insights and fit to our strategic intention.
- Contribute to media strategy formulation and plan for the targeted communication and fulfill the role of improving TA consumer funnel in an efficient and effective way
- Contribute to cost effectiveness and efficiency review for advertising, media, and promotional activities, outside suppliers and agencies
- Responsible for high quality development and deployment of merchandising guideline and tools through collaboration with trade marketing
- Responsible for driving Nivea face care to win in cosmetic channel through collaboration with sales team
- Monitor marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve higher investment effectiveness
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Fluent English communication skills
3. 3-5 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry, experience in personal care category is preferred
4. Experience in NPD and brand communication is expected
5. Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking
6. Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skill
