Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Plan & Budget Plan: Work with Marketing Manager to initiated the yearly brand plan and budget plan
2. Media Buying Work with media agency to take the lead of Remy media buying and make sure it is in line with global brand strategy
3. Event & Trade Management Work with event agencies to take the lead of brand events and activities, to make sure they will be executed on time on budget with best quality
4. Digital & Social
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop the digital & social communication strategy & KPI, implement and supervise the whole year digital campaign
  • Define budget, strategy and KPI for SEM/SEO, implement and monitor to optimize search result and budget deployment
  • Grow the size of brand followers in the social media
  • Update / populate our brands’ official social media accounts, ensuring a continuous feed of new and digital content and alignment of content direction across all digital platforms
  • Take the lead of social account (wechat and weibo) management and maintain
  • Develop and execute digital content and creation, planning and dissemination
  • Keep up to date with digital trends
  • Measure the return on our campaigns
5. Business Analysis
  • Work with trade marketing team closely to achieve business target
  • Closely monitor market trendy, consumer behavior, etc.
  • Closely monitor competitive activities

6. Team Coach: Coach and development team members to grow brand business and personal careers


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Language Skills: Excellent in Mandarin & English (both oral and written)

Professional Experience:

  • Over 5 years of successful consumer marketing experience, brand management experience in both planning and execution
  • Good commend of digital and social media knowledge, more than 3 years’ experience in this function in must

  • Event execution and management experience is preferred
  • Top digital or creative agency background is preferred
