Responsibilities:

  • Initiate short to mid term strategy and annual activation plan of responsible brand/ product lines, with in-depth market, competition and business understanding, to increase the value of the brand/product line over time, improve brand identify in consumer/customer’s mind in line with brand vision.

  • Achieve brand goals, KPI including enhancement target of Timberland China’s brand awareness, traffic, conversion, brand relevance and sales comp %.

  • Initiate good PR angles with strong storytelling and build good relationships with key media/agency/ KOL through key marketing activities. Opportunities with external brand partners and media groups and manage sample loan efficiently.

  • Brief / manage media/PR/social agencies to maximizes effect of the spending while achieving brand objective. Interaction and final deliveries of press releases, brand messages, campaign ideas, to enhance brand awareness according to global guideline.

  • Develop and execute traditional media buy strategy, planning, price bargaining. Monitor advertisement result.

  • Champion & supervise subordinate[s] on flawless execution of planned activities and ensure the most cost effective and efficient execution. Prepare Clippings and marketing monthly report for brand marketing campaign and competitor reviews.

  • Develop social communications strategy, execute content, social, brand site, campaigns, align with digital and E-com to ensure consistent brand’s on-line experience.

  • Develop and execute seasonal product campaign initiatives to support whole sale clients on new store opening, sales promotion, store campaign, road show and trade show, to meet and boost business demand.

  • Lead data analysis to build and monitor brand’s health with VF AHQ/China strategy team.

  • Budget/finance tracking & processing

Coach and develop junior staff


Requirements:

Education / 学历背景:

  • Bachelor holder;

  • Major in Business or Marketing is preferred;

    Experience / 工作经验:

  • At least 8 years relative work experiences, minimum 3 years in agency ( PR or 4A agency ),5 years of manager role in multi-national company

  • China experience with general advertising, PR, media experience preferable

  • Strong capability on project management & timeline control

Knowledge / 专业知识:

  • Lifestyle / Fashion background

    Language / 语言应用:

  • Fluent English & Mandarin, both oral and written

    Computer / 计算机操作:

  • Familiar with Word, Excel, Good at Power Point

Key Skills / 相关技能:

  • Be able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasks while meeting tight deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant team player with good problem solving skills

  • Experience working with cross cultural partners

  • With a creative mind, yet systematic and detail minded, and well organized personality with good analytical and execution skills .

Working Relationships:

Internal / 内部关系:

  • Work closely with Retail, Wholesale, Product teams and AHQ Marketing team

    External / 外部关系:

Keep close relationship with Event production vendors, PR agencies and media partners, as well as whole sale dealers.
