Marketing/PR Manager
Marketing/PR manager impels and continuously optimizes the marketing strategy of logon. He/she independently follows the marketing plan according to the branding guidelines, the time schedules for awards and events, and manages the marketing contents. A professional and smooth correspondence with media and partners, as well as internal communication with the design teams, is expected. Marketing/PR manager reports to CEO and is directly responsible for the company's public relations, marketing operation management, and also responsible for the enterprise branding maintenance and promotion.
Responsibilities
Department management
- Daily operation management of the Marketing Department, develop and control department budget;
- Management the daily operation of Marketing Department.
Projects related
- With the support of graphic design and design team, being able to update the promotion project and company information, including but not limited to text, pictures and video with latest public relations and market opportunities in time.
- Communicate with related departments and colleagues for market information collection and output contents.
Market data
- Communicate with the graphic designers, design and integrate marketing data outputs.
Awards
- Manage awards database, contact awards organizers and prepare integrated materials and apply for the corresponding awards.
Events
- Cooperate with public relations firms, organize public relations and internal campaigns, or coordinate activities of the business partners independently;
- Contact the appropriate event organizers (conferences and exhibitions), contact sponsor or find speech opportunities;
- Research and develop new media and public relations activities;
- Report the latest schedule and information of public relations activities with advantages, disadvantages, requirements and timelines.
Media
- Research and develop new media, activities and public relations, send broken the latest trends, research designs and news of logon;
- Maintenance of existing media and pr resources;
- Responsible for social media’s promotion and operation, including WeChat public platform, micro blogs and so on.
- Subscription operation, service information compilation, submit, release and interaction in Wechat;
- Responsible for WeChat operational strategy and event planning formulation and implementation, so as to promote brand of logon. Promote effective number of fans, improve its popularity and improve logon's reputation, and keep the supervision of of weekly WeChat fans increase numbers;
- Responsible for promoting the BBS of the logon's products, advertorials, search engine, WeChat and micro blog, including Q&A platform, BBS, Baidu Tieba and Baidu Encyclopedia;
- Familiar and use a variety of network marketing tools (BBS, BLOG, micro blog, WeChat, etc.) and the characteristics of marketing channels in order to improve the company's web site content of community planning and daily editorial work combined with marketing plans.

Qualifications
- Master degree or above, major in public relations, marketing, business, media or related majors;
- Above 5 years work experience with understanding of architectural design and real estate industry.
- Familiar with operation of traditional and new media;
- Sharpness on both domestic and overseas high-end customers.
- Creative and artistic taste with new and open field of vision;
- Good communication and coordination, expression and writing ability;
- Being able to work independently and also have team work spirit.

- 与相关部门及同事沟通、对接,为市场资料的制作搜集、产出内容。
市场资料
- 与平面设计师沟通,设计并整合产出市场部资料。
奖项
- 管理奖项数据库,联络奖项主办方,及时准备整合材料并申请相应奖项。
活动
- 与公关公司配合,独立组织企业公关以及内部活动,或协调策划企业合作伙伴的各项活动;
- 联络合适的活动组织者(论坛及展会),接洽赞助或演讲机会;
- 研究及拓展新的媒体及公关的活动;
- 报告最新的公关活动日程及活动信息,利弊,要求及时间线。
媒体
- 研究及拓展新的媒体、公关、活动关系,发布罗昂最新动向,研究设计成果以及资讯;
- 维护现有的媒体及公关资源;
- 负责微信公众平台、微博等社会媒体的推广和运营等工作;
- 操作订阅号、服务号的信息编撰、提交、发布,互动;
- 负责微信运营策略及活动策划方案的制定与执行,维护推广公司品牌;提升有效粉丝数量增,提升黏性,提高公司品牌传播美誉度,对每周微信粉丝增长量的监督;
- 负责公司产品的论坛推广,软文推广,搜索引擎推广,微信推广,微博推广,包括问答平台、论坛、百度贴吧、百度百科的推广;
- 了解并利用各种网络推广工具(BBS,BLOG,微博,微信等)及推广渠道的特性,能够结合营销方案,完善公司网站社区内容规划和日常编辑工作。

任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历,公关、市场、商务、媒体或相关专业;
- 5年以上工作经验,对建筑设计和房地产行业有一定的了解;
- 了解熟悉传统媒体和新媒体的运作;
- 对中国及海外的高端客户群具有市场敏锐度;
- 富有创造力以及艺术审美眼光,具有新颖和开放的视野;
- 良好的沟通协作能力、表达能力及文案能力;
- 具备独立工作的能力以及团队协作精神。
