Responsibilities:
Collaboration with global and local teams to define, create and localize Danish Crown’s holistic brand assets in China;
Initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor and review annual local brand campaigns in accordance with brand strategy;
Create briefs and manage agencies in the local development of on-strategy, on-brand, innovative and insightful 360o communication ideas;
Ensure assets are on brand, clear, consistent, business and consumer relevant;
Ensure usage of brand assets are relative to business needs and brand guidelines;
Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years’ brand communication, brand building experience in multinational FMCG company;
Strong experiences in execution and production management of brand assets (message, content, Digital);
Proved experiences leading brand campaign, experienced at briefing and managing advertising related agencies;
Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent command of English is essential;
Down-to-earth, result driven spirit, self-motivated, never be routine player, wiling to explore;
social media & digital platform (WeChat/Weibo/Website) operation is a plus.
