Holds direct responsibility for the development and effective implementation of a local B2B2C market plan for the product(s) within Medical Aesthetics. Key member of the National / International Region MA Marketing team, provides input to International (region) marketing planning and leads the in-country Franchise activities related to B2B2C to ensure close alignment between International (region) brand strategy and local implementation within country. Develop and direct B2B2C campaigns and events with consumer focus, created to provide value-added services. Define and implement the digital marketing strategy creating a new environment and promoting the client-laboratory link in different communication channels. Manage and analyze the insights of consumers and markets and the strategy of competitors to make recommendations to manage the brands. Develop the launch strategies, and marketing strategies (on/off), involving consumers through their brand experience. Manage the category/s of products based on their experience of consumption, the market and the competition and deploy the activation plan. Implement the commercial strategy hand in hand with the commercial and training teams, coordinate the deployment of the appropriate supports (services, advice ...). Marketing strategy mix for the category (IMC/ POS /Digital /Retail/ CRM/ Medical Visit). Analyze market trends and competitors strategies to identify opportunities within the category. Guarantee brand identity and heritage to ensure all actions are consistent with the common objective and enrich the brand. Brand plan deployment for every slot trade and adaptation of communication media (POS visibility, images, websites). Analyze consumer insights and competitors strategies to make recommendations to managers. Collaborate with clients and partner agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies. NPD distribution tracking, KPI analysis and market performance monitoring. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Development & Execution of local Tactical Marketing Plans (60%) Leads the in-country B2B2C plans and ensures the team develops and executes local B2B2C market plans in line with National/International (region) marketing plans. Contributes to the development of National/International (Region) B2B2C marketing strategy with the National/International (Region) marketing team and acts as the co-ordinating and communications link between the International (Region) Brand Team and the in-country Franchise Team. Develops local B2B2C market plan in line with National/International (Region) marketing strategy and agrees with Local BUD, also agreeing split of promotional budget between local programs within country to achieve local market objectives. Identifies clear roles and responsibilities for delivery of local B2B2C marketing tactics and agrees with the HCME and local BUD. Communicates the roles and responsibilities to relevant stakeholders including Sales Programme Coordinator, Sales Management, Agencies. Tracks implementation of activities in the local B2B2C market plan working with agencies and country team to ensure timely and effective execution. Reviews implementation of the local B2B2C market plan and feeds back to International (Region) Marketing team. Monitors local competitor activities (spending time in field to understand the local market) and ensures local organisation and International (Region) marketing are kept up to date. Trains country sales force in the execution of market B2B2C programs and use of materials. Manage local KOL development plans, local Congresses and New Indication launches to ensure alignment with local B2B2C Business Plan, International (Region) marketing strategy and Congress/AMI plans. 2.Management and Delivery of Promotional Materials (30%) Collaborate with local Sales Programs team to ensure International (Region) promotional B2B2C materials, Congress and HCP Training B2B2C materials and Trimester B2B2C promotional materials are managed through local regulatory approval process and are translated and delivered in line with National/International (Region) marketing strategy and local market plan. Reports on effectiveness of local B2B2C materials and activities to agree local amendments with International (Region) marketing team and BUD. Achieve local regulatory approval in a timely manner. Share best practice across the UK/Ire Marketing team and with colleagues in other country teams as appropriate. 3.Sales and Budget Objectives (10%) Collaborates with local team to identify and implement all effective B2B2C action necessary towards achievement of agreed sales targets for country. Anticipates competitor strategy, makes recommendations to local BUD and develops counter-plans. Manages promotional B2B2C budget to maximum effect ensuring effective spend to deliver sales and profit targets. Experience of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Aesthetics industry Sales and/or Sales Management experience preferred Fluency in local language and in English (written and verbal). Project management skills. Good analytical skills. Other requirement (i.e. travel) Extensive travel within Country and within EU (25%). Full, preferably clean driving license.
