Brand & Communication Strategy Development and Implementation

  • Develop communication strategy and plan for NEW LOOK China that is both aligned with global brand DNA and in line with NL China brand proposition, local market trend and target consumer insight.
  • Be local contact window with global team to communicate and align on the China communication strategy & activation.
  • Integrate China's strategy & market insight into 360 marketing campaign plans across Communications, PR, Digital, CRM, E-commerce, and Trade & Social Media
  • Develop brand assets pack for China market from creation to implementation, work closely with global brand team, buying team & shooting agency ensure the delivery is on trend, on brand.
  • Track, monitor & analysis the result, proactively and continuously improve the efficiency of brand marketing ROI.

Integrated 360 Marketing Campaign Planning & Management

  • Base on RP calendar (product launch schedule) to develop full dimension 360 marketing campaigns plan with key theme across all channels, maximize communication impact to target consumer and drive brand & business growth through effective planning & execution.
  • Work closely with buying team, merchandise & all marketing functions through campaign implementation and execution, ensure the alignment, consistency and flexibility across all channels and always-on.
  • Manage campaign process, leverage with different function's resource, engage and inspire both

internal team & external team to delivery result efficiently.

  • Co-work with all mkt function for comprehensive campaign review, share measurable result & solid learning to senior management team, proactively and continuously proposing & suggesting for further brand opportunity base on the result & insight.

PR, Media & Digital

  • Develop and implement local PR, media & social strategy, capturing both traditional and online/social media platform to ensure a full activation of all channels to deliver greater impact.
  • Leverage out resource with media network and relationships to maximize brand exposure creating connection with different key contacts (KOL, celebrities, media, partners & digital platform)
  • Managing KOL celebrities project & 3rd party / brand collaboration in the market to grant the exposure of the brand on communication channels.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly coverage report including editorial coverage, Kols &celebrities seeding monitoring the return on the investment and related results in the market
  • Oversee ecommerce content plan, ensure brand consistency through all communication touch point in T-mall & We-shop channels.
  • Responsible for media buy and performance review include traditional media, digital media & ecommerce paid channel, ensure the return of brand impression and traffic to ecommerce.

People development & management

  • Lead and manage all 3rd parties incl. PR agency, KOL agency, TP marketing agency & shooting agency in deliver outstanding result. Monitor their performance and guide them with clear direction for NL brand and improving cooperation efficiency.
  • Continuously coaching and training brand marketing team on a day to day basis, and set up personal development with each team member for long term growth.
  • Influence & engage broader peers with all brand and marketing activity, work closely with HR team for internal engagement program.
