职责描述
1. According to artist/music strategy and promotion idea, identify and pitch sponsorship, endorsement, collaboration opportunities to brand clients;
2. Meets all responsibilities and revenue/profit KPIs in a timely manner;
3. Coordinate multiple brand projects and communicate internally and externally;
4. Track and analyze industry trends, and competitor activity;
5. Measure and report performance of all projects, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
6. Explore innovative new business growth strategies;
7. Work weekends/overtime/oversea travel as required
理想的求职者
1. PR agency background preferred, event management skill is a must;
2. Resourceful and has good relationships with PR, advertising, media buy agencies, and brands;
3. Drive for results and flexibility to learn with positive attitude and ability to handle multiple assignments at a fast-paced environment;
4. Enthusiastic and skilled in strategic planning and project management;
5. Good at independent thinking and cooperative brainstorming;
6. Proficiency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
