Work together with and support DGM in the followings:

Drive the brand strategy in China and be responsible for providing the support for the marketing and EC strategy. Act as a key contact person and brand ambassador to support building brand awareness and brand marketing positioning.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary contact for all event vendors, production companies and event hosts
  • Help manage marketing budget, event ROI analysis
  • Have common sense and thoughts about skincare category on EC
  • Product Management & Product Marketing & data analysis
  • monthly plan implement & review with regards to promotion calendar
  • Budget planning and management
  • Promotion / Co-brand marketing / Events
  • Basic internal communication with EC & MKT team
  • Market research & analysis
  • Drive the planning and execution of all online & offline B2B & B2C event. Formulate and implement on oval annual key product launch, annual digital plan through online & offline channel.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years marketing or brand experience in cosmetics / skincare / fashion / lifestyle industry
  • Bachelor above degree in Marketing, Business Management or related subject. study abroad experience highly preferred, not a must
  • Interest in skincare & personal care brand marketing
  • Good command of English writing & average level of spoken
  • Hands on, capable to work independently, under pressure, and in dynamic environment
  • Self-driven. Initiative. Passionate.
