Accor is currently looking for a Brand Manager for our Eco & Super Eco Brands to work on the Spanish & Portuguese markets.
This is a fixed-term contract to replace a maternity leave. The professional will be based in Portugal, working 100% remotely (home office).
The Brand Marketing Manager Eco & Super Eco Brands Spain & Portugal is responsible for defining, implementing, and measuring the impact of brand actions in Spain and Portugal, enhance the customer journey and share our marketing strategy with the hotels, VPOs and owners.
The selected candidate will integrate the Southern Europe Hub and take part of a dynamic team, with a variety of cross-departmental and international projects.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE CONSIST OF?
The main missions are:
- Adapt Brand marketing strategies to the countries’ needs:
- Build the marketing plan
- Enrich the customer journey
- Engage and dynamize the network:
- Communicate internally the marketing strategy and action plan to Hotels & VPO’s
- Participate in meetings with owners to co-build marketing action plans
- Define and execute local marketing actions
- Define communication strategy at all levels:
- Adapt and translate relevant communication and visual identity
- Offline & Online advertising actions
- Partnerships building
- Social Media: Adapt and define the strategy for both countries, content definition, community management, develop local campaigns and activations. Ensure the consistency of hotel social networks.
- Define communication strategy at all levels:
- Adapt product & services to the market
- Accompany hotel openings & renovations, check customers feedback on product and consider it in product evolution, quality & destructors follow-up
- Responsible for Marketing budget management, allocation, and follow up
- Analysis of different studies
- Market Research & Consumer Information, Competitor’s analysis, BEAM, … in order to understand new trends
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master’s in marketing or business
- Experience in Marketing
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese - eliminatory factor, at least B2 English level and French would be a plus.
