Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product Development (Consumer Healthcare & Personal Lifestyle Brands) projects according to brand positioning & market demands
• Responsible for product sourcing, development, costing, packaging, sampling, quality assurance,
• Support logistics & supply chain management to monitor and review production planning & forecasting and inventory control
• Handle E-commerce Online & Offline (O2O) market channels (pre-market & post-market)
• Monitor and drive sales and merchandising to allied with channel & digital marketing strategy
• Customer service enquiries and requests handling and engagement
• Be able to communicate clearly with our major sourcing & market partners
• To handle ad hoc projects and prepare product result related reports for review and projection analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in product merchandising or related field
• At least 4 years of experience (experienced in consumer or textiles or FMCG products will have an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Able to work independently, strong identify & solve problem skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成), MS Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, cooperative, supportive, well-organized and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure, willing to learn & go extra-mile type of strong team member work ethic, hard working
• Higher experienced candidate maybe considered as Senior Brand Merchandising Specialist
