Job Description
Position Description: The Brand Operations Lead will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities of the brand team, as well as taking on strategic initiatives and projects in helping maintain and evolve the team’s role within the Marketing department and beyond. The role will focus on building and maintaining reports, dashboards and analysis of the marketing campaigns as well as consolidating and analyzing Global Brand & Retail marketing budget. Ensures alignment in regional and global goals and objectives with deliverable needs. The role requires excellent organizational skills, as well as a strong eye for detail. Main Responsibilities Budget management - Help to ensure creative, production & localization efforts managed remain on budget and are scoped appropriately. Overall Brand Governance Work closely with the Global & Regional Marketing teams to help ensure projects are on track Support Global brand managers in managing, sharing, and organizing a weekly marketing traffic by project and regions. Partner with other teams to develop dashboard roadmaps, define analytical insights and associated capabilities Share best practices and global case studies to inspire local campaign work Implementation - Own the rollout of new analytical reports including how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch Articulate the objectives of projects, collaborate with other members of the marketing department to support change initiatives, drive activities that affect the implementation of the organization strategies. Support presentation and business analysis to guarantee flawless execution of presentations and documents · #### Position Requirements: Bachelors degree plus 5 years of marketing experience Proficiency in English is a must Strong analytical skills and fluency in Tableau (or similar), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel, PPT Excellent organizational, project management, attention to detail and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proven success collaborating with multi cultural, geographically dispersed teams Excellent cross functional relationship Skills. Proven ability to work with virtual teams Well rounded Marketing skills Consumer Marketing Financial Planning Skills Presentation Skills Proactive and driven.
