Report to: Marketing and Digital Director
Purpose: Develop Club Med awareness and product marketing in China market through three main different levers: market research, developing relevant brand and communication campaigns and tools adapted to local market and insights, and leading the development of product communication tools for Chinese clients
Mission 1: Market Knowledge
- Brand awareness (measure by brand barometer study)
- Campaign kit creation with good engagement, ad recall and delivering good business results
- Deployment and enrichment of product communication tools
- Owner of the MAP (Marketing Animation Plan): recommendation of the campaign sequence through the year, adjustment and update vs business objectives
- Activating our brand by displaying brand content: offline, branding partnerships to feed the brand, adapting global communication tools to local market
- Lead of brand identity topics: CN product line names and defining the portfolio strategy
- Referent for brand compliance and be the brand charter ambassador for the office teams and in resort teams Developing brand saliencies through the adaptation of different brand campaigns with for example global campaigns adaptation
- Recommend for each campaign, business and communication objective, concept and complete brand communication kit for the teams to leverage (insight, main message structure, KV, claim, talking points, visuals, recommendation for content tools) + coordination of the 360 plan
Mission 3 Develop the product communication tool kits to help all workstreams/sales channels develop the best sales speeches and messaging for their channels
- Managing the product portfolio by adapting resorts positionings to local market : positioning, must try, identity of the resort + guest experiences, support for the development teams to shape the profile of future products
- Managing product information localisation in CN
- Animation of product according to business needs: selectionof thematic weeks in the zone and cross zone, product novelties, relaunch of resorts, to be communicated to the market and developing all related material for communication in CN, including short video, etc.
Mission 4: Establish a strong product MKT team with strong capabitliy in terms of consumer, destination, competition understanding in China
Mission 5: Drive cross-functional projects with excellent communication skill and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree minimum, Master degree preferred
- Minimum 5 yrs' working experiences in Brand and/or Marketing
- Possess excellent communication skills
Organized and structured with marketing mind
Business & Client oriented mind set
Project management
- Entrepreneurial spirit, persistent & demanding, open-minded, team player.
- Results oriented.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, French is a plus
