工作職責

1. 銷售

• 負責店舖日常營運，確保店舖達銷售額及優質的客戶服務體驗
• 透過額外及輔助銷售以達致最高的顧客購買量
• 確保完全了解產品、品牌準則以及店舖推廣及機制

2. 客戶服務

• 提供香港國際機場的一流客戶服務標準

3. 其他

• 倉庫補貨（FIFO），並確保貨品的有效期符合規定的準則
• 協助其他店舖工作，如: 存貨盤點等
• 協助任何其他臨時職務
• 負責店舖內簡單的清潔工作

Job Duties

1. Strive for Sales
• Responsible for day to day store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring great customer service experience
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complementary sales
• Ensure complete understanding of Hershey products, brand guidelines as well as store promotions and mechanics

2. Customer Service
• Provide top class customer service standards in HKIA

3. Others
• Stock replenishment (FIFO) and ensure expiry of stocks are as per stipulated guidelines
• Support any in-store initiatives (eg. stock take etc)
• Any other ad hoc duties
• Basic housekeeping duties

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year experience in the retail industry
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Benefits

• Salary. HKD 16000 + HKD 500 (transport allowance). Non-commission based.
• Regular Day Off. Statutory holidays + 7 days per month (schedule of off-day subject to store roster).
