Job Description:
1. Responsible for the overall brand upgrade, control the brand style, establish a new visual system, can independently output systematic brand visual improvement solutions, effectively improve the brand image and influence
2. Excavate the breakthrough point of business innovation, control the brand direction, establish the brand image, and enhance the commercial value of brand design on products;
3. Capable of designing and coordinating, integrating resources of all parties, giving full play to synergistic effect, leading the team into projects quickly and producing high-quality design schemes;
4. Unified the visual tone of all channels, including e-commerce, market, new media and other online and offline channels;
5. Participate in the research and development of brand new products, maintain the unity of brand tone, and provide the commercial value of brand design on products

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in design major, more than 5 years of design experience, including skin care, makeup, daily cosmetics and other e-commerce industry background is preferred;
2. Have good art foundation and creative ability, love visual brand creativity and unique design style;
3. Good logical thinking ability and coordination ability, active thinking and imagination, rigorous and responsible work;
4. Good at catching popular design trends, strong learning ability, self-improvement awareness and work initiative;
5. Excellent communication and proposal ability, able to clearly understand design requirements, products and users.
