Job Description:
1、Prepare and develop social media content to support and enhance brand operations.
2、Monitor, post and analyze social media channels to build a community of followers and drive interaction.
3、Report on effectiveness of social media campaigns/posts and tweak approach as necessary to achieve key metrics.
4、Create strategies, analyze performance, optimize to achieve goals and manage budget on multiple social media platforms.
5、Delegate and work with Promotion team to complete daily tasks. Assist team members and coordinate with other departments for promotion plans.
6、Participate in regular knowledge sessions to share and learn new promotion ideas and strategies.
Requirement:
1、Be responsible for brand positioning, image planning, advertising language refinement, and communication plan.
2、Write relevant analysis reports according to overall strategic planning brand projects.
3、Strong creative skills.
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills (written and verbal) with a teamwork attitude. Be proactive in daily routine tasks.
5、Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities
6、Major in advertising, marketing or a related field. More than two years of relevant work experience in marketing planning position or advertising agencies.
