Daily:
1 Handle all internal and external emails related to the clients and projects under their responsibility, and respond promptly to both internal and external clients;
2 Timely convey brand information/brand market operation and planning schemes to foreign agents;
3 For the important projects and orders under their responsibility, they should communicate and report the progress to their immediate superiors in a timely manner, promptly identify and address
obstacles, and ensure the smooth progress ofthe projects;
4 Track the market plans of agents and provide market or technical support;
5 Collect products and market dynamics in the market they are responsible for, and fully understand its market characteristics and customer needs;
6 For sporadic OEM projects, provide independent quotation and development, and complete the entire process from inquiry to order confirmation;
7 Handle all inquiries from new customers and fully explore their needs;
8 Handle all after-sales services for the markets under their responsibility, and enhance the satisfaction of end consumers towards the brand;
9 Participate in internal department projects and meetings;
10 Responsible for the overall management ofthe assigned customers, establishing a complete and clear customer information database (including customer information, product images, prices, costs,
drawings, factory information, etc.);
11 In accordance with the payment terms of the contract, promptly collect payment for goods to ensure the safe recovery ofpayment
12 Complete various tasks assigned by the sales manager.
Every month:
Conduct a conference call with key agents to summarize and review the sales/market completion status of this month;
Internal monthly sales meeting, review of BSC indicator completion status;
Quarterly: Quarterly sales and market review reports from regional offices and major agents
Every year:
1. Based on market and customer conditions, predict the sales forecast for the next year for the
markets and customers under their responsibility, segment the sales forecast by customer and
product, and develop corresponding action plans to ensure the achievement of annual sales and profit targets;
2. Develop a market budget plan based on the agent's annual market plan, and conduct annual tracking and settlement;
3. Agency contract management and renewal;
4. Customer commission settlement and payment arrangement;
5. Twice a year, we will release new product quotations and simultaneously announce to all agents the goods that have been removed from the catalog. Before providing new product quotations, we will conduct market retail price research and set regional retail prices;
6. Fully understand its market and customer characteristics, and explore the demand for products/promotional materials/promotional schemes in regional markets;
7. Participate in international and regional exhibitions to develop new customers, explore new markets, and tap into new channels.
