Key Accountabilities:

• 
  Understand brand DNA, brand positioning and brand Objectives accordingly to develop strategic and actionable marketing campaigns that directly support sales across all creative branding events, and be responsible for the tactical implementation of these plans, i.e. identify different resources, venues and suppliers for different types of plans and events.
• Creatively design each event environment to achieve the goals and purposes that align with the company culture while adding branding to the stages of event organization from pre-planning to post-activities.
• Develop brand event strategies and set key goals for the events which act as the brand embassador, increase brand awareness and build engagement.
• Manage and implement complex logistical elements of program including sourcing, scenic and set design, entertainment, etc.
• Liason with Landlord, negotiate the best resources
• Manage vendors and all third-party suppliers from procurement to completion while maintaining the project budget
• Negotiate vendor budges to maximize company savings
• Orchastrate and coordinate with internal business units ( retail, trade marketing, CRM) to craft and execute event strategies
• Pursue partnership opportunities as well as build brand loyalty, including but not limited to bank, travel and hotel, etc
• At as mentor and guide extended team members on industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bacheor’s Degree or above
• 6+ years of experience in event management, preferably fashion / luxury and agency background
• Forward thinking and pro-active with the ability to effectively prioritize projects, skillfully multi-task and enjoy a fast paced work environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Good leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
