1. Manage Branding, Communication and support sales team for marketing exploring.
2. Develop integrated branding and communication plan to maximize visibility and availability of baby food to build the brand and enhance brand awareness and reputation;
3. Activates branding and communication activities, including those from distributors in accordance to the brand identity, positioning, architecture, distinct assets and guidelines
4. Brand building and communication via digital marketing, social media (Wechat & Weibo), KOL, Live show and PR Release to enhance brand image
5 .Work closely with 3rd party agency to develop and sharpen relevant branding, promotional events and campaigns based on company’s marketing strategy
6. Working together with Tmall, JD and distributors, responsible for the promotion plan development and implement in flagship store, distributors’ stores, Tmall Mart and JD Mart
7. Build and maintain good relationship with distributors and E-Commerce platforms including Tmall, JD to ensure TNI’s product distribution and good sales performance online
8. Continuously monitor market trend, competitor’s performance and consumer needs. Develop marketing strategies for the effective launch of new products in Greater China. Work closely with multi-functional teams in launching new products and packages to generate consistent sales and profit growth
9. Work together with distributors to provide the marketing plan each quarter, monitor the implement of promotion activities to make sure marketing programs will be run effectively & efficiently. Work together with distributors for the marketing rebate reimbursement afterwards
10. Prepare year around E and Trade marketing budgets for Greater China, supported by effective plan followed by effective implementation and follow up evaluation to ensure the fund is effectively utilized and spent with the best ROI

1. 大专或本科以上学历,良好的文案写作能力,丰富的市场营销及品类管理经验
