As a Breakfast Chef De Partie what you have to do as follow :

• Have a proven ability to create breakfast menu offerings.
• Can operate within appropriate legislation including maintaining all required records.
• Have the ability to balance quality offerings with budgeted food cost.
• Will handle all food ordering & stock control.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
