Responsible for the breakfast buffet (Preparing and displaying the food, organising and cleaning the buffet, provides waiter service and clears away), in line with the F&B Breakfast concept. Provides a high standard of service in terms of guest welcome, waiter service, food preparation and display, restaurant and kitchen cleaning. Work 5 days a week on shifts of 5 to 6 hours.
Work Experience
1-3 years of professional experience in Kitchen & Restaurant operations and skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Concern for organisation, cleanliness and hygiene.
