Job Description:

1. Coordinate for sales orders, needs, stock and payment with related functional departments, retailers and HQ.

2. Provide other sales related administrative support, e.g. account change, consignment, incentive, goodwill, etc.

3. Prepare sales reports, anlayze sales reports per request.

4. Coordinate with group/brand functional departmetns, e.g. retail, training, marketing and customer service to support team to achieve targets.

5. Provide necessary office administrative support.


Job Requirements:

1. Experienced in related field or in Luxury industry will be preferred.

2. Fluent in Oral and Written English and Chinese Mandarin.

3. Solid computer skills in Typing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

4. University Degree, 3-4 years of working experience.

5. Honest, Committed and Detailed with a good employment record.
