Brewery Operations

Assist head brewer to conduct all brewing operations at the brewery: day-to-day process issues, recipe management, operating policies, procedures, release parameters and safety policies

Plan, control and schedule resources/staff in order to meet objectives
Ensure a quality finished product
Ensure the cleanliness of all related equipment, including the beer taps
Play major role in product development and recipes
Responsible for proper documentation/quality assurance
Develop and manufacture in a cost-effective manor
Have good organization skills - provide detailed records daily
Maintain brewing equipment in proper working order w/ local technician support
Work with existing Brewmaster on innovation and core products
Inventory management, purchasing grains, hops, salts and yeast

负责酒厂的日常营运，食谱管理，营运方针，程序，和制定维护安全规则。

计划以及指导员工达成预定目标；

确保产品质量达标；

确保工作区域，设备，啤酒龙头的清洁；

主要负责产品的研发和菜单的更新；

负责适当的文件整合；

合理控制生产运营成本；

预备很好的组织能力-每日提供细致的记录

同设备支持人员共同维护酿酒设备正常运转状态；

同酿酒大师共同协作研发核心产品；

存货管理，采购部分原材料

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Brewing school education and brewing experience preferred

Skills/Competencies:

Advanced knowledge of the science of brewing
Knowledge of raw materials and their effects on wort and beer
Proven mechanical aptitude
Provide tours and assist in brewery-related events, staff education/beer knowledge
Safety policies, safe chemical handling, work operations and procedures
Strong competent communication with related employees
Physically capable to lift, climb and operate machinery

Provide monthly reports based upon brewery activity, sales and events
Creativity and passion to help improve or contribute new ideas for recipes

Proficiency in Chinese and English languages
