A critical part of our success is our relationship with the broker/real estate agent community, so we are looking for a passionate and talented marketer to build our strategic approach to engaging this audience.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded marketer with thorough broker/real estate marketing experience. The role will sit in a central regional team based in Shanghai and support all markets across Greater China, whilst working in close partnership with both sales and his/her global broker marketing counterparts.
Roles and Responsibilities
The broker marketing manager will be solely responsible for developing the audience marketing strategy, guiding the execution through a wide range of platforms ensuring learnings are always captured and our approach continually optimized. Your role will be to help drive consideration and conversion at every point in the funnel from informative events, thought leadership content to compelling presentation content.
Reporting to the leader of Product Marketing, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, global organization, as part of a large global network of marketers and in close partnership with a rapidly growing and dynamic sales team.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Build and manage broker/RE strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners; initially, some execution will be required
Report, track and optimize broker marketing campaigns across the funnel
Partner with internal marketing, public affairs, and regional sales teams to drive
successful broker engagement plans across the region.
Serve as NY HQ liaison for Broker campaigns & events in the region
Partner with sales team on key accounts, audience challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with the creative team to bring sales enablement tools and training to life in
a uniquely WeWork way
Partner with other stakeholders and leaders to design and deliver a sales enablement
training and education programs
Professional Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Broker/RE marketing
Multichannel marketing experience
Superior writing and storytelling skills;
Experience partnering with sales teams to develop audience focused and insight led
strategy
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns;
Track record of driving business results through brilliant marketing;
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, looking for the right company to support
personal growth;
Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms, and resources;
Experience in real estate or technology preferred but not essential
