Brokerage Division

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge to provide various sale support services in our daily operations such as investment account opening, insurance/QDAP proposal generation, ILAS fund switching / surrender request, forms preparation and update, AML checking, report distribution and filing, etc. between our sales and business partners and product providers;
• Verify and submit the mutual fund and bond subscription / redemption / switching orders to product provider according to the daily cut-off schedule;
• Handle the operational enquiries from clients, sales and business partners;
• Inform and remind sales and business partners for all the follow up issues from our product providers;
• Input and maintain client records in the company system;
• Collect, check and maintain market data, pricing or valuation and prepare monthly statement etc.; and
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Familiar with insurance, ILAS, mutual fund operations with various product providers;
• 3 years relevant working experience;
• Holder of HKAL or above with relevant experience in sale administration or customer services or operations;
• Possess IIQAS license (paper 1,3, & 5) and/ or SFC license (paper 1,7, & 8) are preferred;
• Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese is preferable;
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook;
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details;
• Initiative, cheerful and able to work independently;
• Self-motivated and well-organized with good interpersonal & communication skills; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.
