Here is what we offer: Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities within our various Human Resources functions. Currently, we are looking for trainees with Global Talent & Leadership and Industrial Relations & Employment Conditions. Three individually designed assignments at various Siemens locations including one eight-month assignment abroad Challenging tasks among the assignments including consulting with P&O’s senior management Proficient mentoring during the program who will support you reaching your individual career goals and guide you to craft your future with us Comprehensive and state-of-the-art trainings that will fortify your communication and personal skills Our international community of experts, professionals, trainees, and alumni who is looking forward to meeting you We would love you to bring to us: An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economic Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology with a specialization in HR Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc. of at least six months Experience with data-driven topics, strategic consulting experience beneficial International experience abroad of at least four months Strong communications skills with proficiency in English and basic to intermediate German skills, further language skills beneficial Flexibility and mobility within the program duration Can you see yourself committed, growing, and succeeding in your tasks?
