Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the construction technical management, quality control, schedule control and safety management of housing construction projects, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly in accordance with the design requirements, standard standards and contract agreements.
2. Participate in pre-project programme discussions, drawing examinations, and technical submissions to solve complex technical problems in the construction process, optimize construction processes, and reduce construction costs.
3. Be skilled in working in English, able to read and write English technical documents, contract terms, and can communicate smoothly verbally and writtenly with overseas teams and foreign partners.
4. Be responsible for the collation and filing of construction materials to ensure the completeness, standardity and traceability of the materials, and to cooperate with the project acceptance work.
5. Take part in project safety inspections to identify construction safety hazards, urge the implementation of safety protection measures, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree and above, related majors such as civil engineering, building engineering technology, engineering management, etc. Priority is given to those holding the title of engineer and above.
2 to 5 years and above experience in construction technical management of housing construction projects, familiar with housing construction processes, acceptance specifications and relevant laws and regulations, preferable to those with complete housing construction project process management experience.
3. English proficiency: Fluent English listening, literacy and ability to independently handle English technical documents, contract negotiations and cross-lingual communication work. Priority is given to those with experience in an English working environment.
Priority: Have experience working on overseas housing construction projects.
5. Has strong problem-solving capabilities, communication and coordination capabilities and team management capabilities, and has strong responsibility and can adapt to the work rhythm of the construction site.
6, skilled in the use of SU, CAD, Project, Guanglianda and other related engineering software, with the basic operating ability of public software.
