• RFQ to Aachen for planning project
• Room definition (size, numbers, technical equipment…)
• RFQ for building design, TGA of building to construction companies
• Evaluation of the proposals of different design and construction companies, comparison and evaluation matrix for board approval
• Contract with construction company
• Government approval process
• PM/Monitoring of design and construction phase
• Cost control and change management
• Project progress reporting to the board

Your skills

• University degree in building design and construction
• More than 10 years of working experience in building design and construction activities, perfectly for international companies in China.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• German speaking would be a plus, but not necessarily required.
