M Moser Associates is looking for an BuildingElectrical Engineer who is passionate about designing for Offices, R&D Centers and Hospital to join our Shanghai Office. The successful applicant for this position will be able to:

• Take charge of inspecting engineering drawings and specifications provided by Client and Building Management
• Develop electrical systems design for office spaces, R&D labs, mission critical IT rooms.
• Work with contractors and vendors to create accurate bill of quantity and cost quotation
• Coordinate project issues with contractors, project management and design firms.
• Work with construction team to manage construction of ELE systems on site to ensure the smooth execution of project.
• Carry out the testing and commissioning procedure of ELE systems and develop Operations and Maintenance manual.

Desired skills and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in ELE system design and management.
• Familiar with ELE system design, China construction standards, specifications and workflow. Able of execute relevant work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken business English.
• Proficiency in autoCAD and MS Office.
