About the job

• Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the building and facilities
• Monitor and handle repair, maintenance and refurbishment work
• Liaise with contractors and track the work execution through examining and overseeing contractors’ use of materials, work procedures, work progress and workmanship
• Assist with all related duties to manage the company’s building environment
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

About the talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Building Engineering / Building Services or any related discipline
• At least 4 years of solid experience in E&M /property maintenance / building service
• Qualified for Grade A Registered Electrical Worker and Safety Card
• Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
• Less experience will be considered as a Senior Officer
