M Moser Associates is looking for a Building Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about sustainable design, workspace design and architecture to join our Shanghai office. The successful applicant for this position will be able to:

• 
  Take charge of inspecting engineering drawings and specifications provided by Client and Building Management
• Develop HVAC system design for office spaces and R&D labs
• Work with contractors and vendors to create accurate bill of quantity and cost quotation
• Coordinate project issues with contractors, project management and design firms.
• Work with construction team to manage construction of HVAC systems on site to ensure the smooth execution of project.
• Carry out the testing and commissioning procedure of HVAC systems and develop Operations and Maintenance manual.

Desired skills and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC systems
• At least 3+ years of working experience in HVAC system design and management.
• Familiar with HVAC system design, construction standards, specifications and workflow. Able of execute relevant work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken business English
• Proficiency in autoCAD and MS Office.
