A well-known Developer in Hong Kong is currently seeking a Building Service Manager/MEP Manager lead and support their New build projects in London.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or relevant
• 12 years or above of experience in large scale building works from Commercial and Residential projects in Hong Kong and London for Consultancy or Client side
• Able to manage a project from inception to completion including technical design, estimation, development to operation and maintenance works
• You will report to the Director of Projects and ensure all reports and submissions are approved by clients and stakeholders within company guidelines
• Those with a Chartered Corporate membership will be highly considered
• British Passport holder is a must
