Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with sub-contractors to ensure correct and timely;
- Prepare and update the necessary documentation required for daily work processes;
- Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any BS related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder / higher diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with professional qualification;
- At least 3 years’ or above relevant working experience on Building Services Co-ordination in main contractor;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, familiar with CSD / CBW drawings;
- Familiar in MS Project would be an advantageous;
- Self-initiative and able to work independently.
