Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with sub-contractors to ensure correct and timely;
  • Prepare and update the necessary documentation required for daily work processes;
  • Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any BS related issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder / higher diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with professional qualification;
  • At least 3 years’ or above relevant working experience on Building Services Co-ordination in main contractor;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, familiar with CSD / CBW drawings;
  • Familiar in MS Project would be an advantageous;
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently.
