Responsibilities:

Responsible for refurbishment work, engineering and maintenance work in Group’s Residential and Office Buildings and lead the technical team to carry out daily operations, refurbishment work, regular repair and maintenance works, handle emergency duties related to Group’s properties, prepare tender, supervise repair works and monitor vendors’ performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience of building maintenance, planning, tender preparation, and scheduling maintenance and refurbishment works in supervisory level
• Hands-on experience in managing building improvement, alternation, addition and renovation projects
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B) or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
