Client Details: 

Our Client is a well regarded property developer with lots of commercial and residential assets across Hong Kong. They are looking for a Building Services Engineer for their commercial and residential portfolio in HK. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support technical services team in dealing with day-to-day building services system repair & maintenance, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation of commercial and residential investment portfolio
• Review maintenance standards and logs, well-monitor contractors’ working performance and progress to ensure company's standard is achieved
• Formulate annual budget of repair and maintenance works and capex projects, and execute subsequent control
• Vet and comment fitting out proposal submitted by tenants
• Assist planning, managing, monitoring and control of premises improvement, upgrade and alteration works
• Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises
• Liaise and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Professional Qualifications in HKIE/ CIBSE or equivalent will be an advantage
• 8+ years of relevant experience in maintenance work for commercial/ residential portfolio
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
