• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in Main Contractor /B.S. Sub-Contractor;
• Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale building projects is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Mature, independent, can work under minimal supervision;
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Engineer.
